MSB Mobile Banking requires a mobile device with a valid phone number or e-mail address, a WAP browser with communication to the Internet, and the ability to receive SMS text messages or email.

Enrollment

MSB Mobile Banking is a free service for our MSB Online customers. To enroll in MSB Mobile:
  • Log in to your MSB Online account (from your computer or laptop).   Don't use MSB Online? 
  • Click the OPTIONS menu, and click the EDIT button in the MOBILE BANKING section.
  • Complete the required fields, agree to the terms and conditions, and submit
  • Once successfully enrolled you will receive a One Time Password (OTP) via text message or e-mail sent to your mobile device, use the link within the message to access your accounts from your mobile device
  • Each time you successfully login to your accounts, you will be sent a new OTP to use the next time you login. The OTP, your Access ID, and Mobile PIN you chose during enrollment will be required to access your account information.

Using e-mail instead of text messaging (i.e. iPod touch users):
To have your one time passwords sent to your e-mail address instead of by text message:

During Enrollment:

  • In the Carrier field, choose "No Carrier" which will switch the Mobile Phone Number field to an E-mail Address field.
  • Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail Address field.

What if I lose my OTP message? 
If you lose your OTP text message or e-mail, follow these simple steps to request a new OTP:

  • Using your mobile device, browse to http://mymsb.mobi 
  • Click on the Login link
    • If you are using an iPhone or iPod touch device, you will be taken directly to the Request One Time Password screen
  • From the mobile Launch page, click on the Request One Time Password link
  • Enter your MSB Online Access ID and click Submit, a new OTP will be sent to the address specified in your mobile enrollment settings

Use Mobile Banking with complete confidence. It delivers the highest level of security thanks to multiple layers of authentication. This includes a Mobile PIN number that only you know, and a ONE TIME PASSWORD (OTP) that changes each time you login. This ensures that your information is fully protected. Each browser session is also secured using SSL to encrypt the information during transmission.
